• Full-Service

  Pick-up and delivery. We'll stop by your residence or business to collect what's needed to service your computer. After servicing we deliver and set everything back up.

  Standard pick-up and delivery is $1 per mile in addition to total time.

• Self-Service

  Drop-off and pick-up. Call 712-762-3014 to schedule a time to drop-off your computer at our office. When the repairs are complete we will notify you. Just stop by to collect your equipment.

• On-Location

  We'll stop by your residence or business and stay as long as necessary to service your technology. Call to provide information about your computer issues and to schedule a service time.

• Phone Support

  The first 5 minutes of technical support is complimentary. As we are able we will assist you to resolve your computer issues.

• One-On-One Training

  Let us know what program or technology you want to learn more about and we'll prepare training materials.

  Training materials and mileage (for on-location training) are billed in addition to time. Please call 712-762-3014 to scheduled in advance.

• Consultations & Estimates

  If you have questions about purchasing and implementing technologies, such as a new computer or wireless network, we provide consulting and estimates.
